Connect HiOS device via OPC UA

Requirements
- BHDO
- Hirschmann HiOS device with minimum Layer 2 Advanced operating system (see list of devices here) with OPC UA server enabled
- Ability to ping Hirschmann device from BHDO instance
Option 1: Self-signed certificate
Enable the OPC UA server on the Hirschmann device running L2A HiOS:
Add a new "OPC UA Client Advanced" device in BHDO:
Update the settings on the driver

Note:
- "User Name" and "Password" fields should match the usernames and passwords set in the HiOS device OPC UA server settings
- Under the "Advanced Settings" section, set the "Disable Error Certificate Host Name Invalid" field to "true".
