**Note**: The Task List and Task Details feature is available for Belden Horizon Data Manager 2.7.0 and later.

The Task List and Task Details feature is designed to monitor and track the status of all tasks that can be applied concurrently to multiple Belden Horizon Data Operations instances. When the tasks are complicated enough and are applied to enough instances, they could require a lot of computing resources and time to complete. Only tasks in the last 24 hours will be automatically displayed.

BHDM can only monitor and track the following:

- [Deploy an Application to Edge Devices](docId\:la0kLcTigWIfvf43FDV1u)

- *Push Marketplace catalogs to Edge devices* of [Manage Applications](docId:_jpK6OL79xAM8R6_DUDPq)****

# Access Task List and Task Details

**To access the task list and task details: **

1. Log in to Belden Horizon Data Manager.
2. Select a company.
   The *Projects* pane appears.
3. Do one of the following:
   - Click a project from the *Project *pane. The Dashboard pane appears for the project.
   - Click the **Actions** icon for a project, and then select **View**. The *Dashboard *pane appears for the project.
4. From the top right corner, do one of the following:
   - Click one of the tasks to access the task's *Task Details*
   - Click **Show all tasks** to access the *Task List*

# Task List

The Task List keeps a history of Belden Horizon Data Manager tasks and their progress. This feature enables you to monitor the progress of these tasks.

\[2] **Show filter** /** Hide filter**

\[3] **Show task details**

\[4] **Open task page**

\[5] **Action menu:**

- **View Task Details (**See next section**)**

\[6] **Select Task Type**

- **All**
- **Apply template**
- **Software update**
- **Launch Marketplace application**
- **Start Marketplace application**
- **Stop Marketplace application**
- **Delete Marketplace application**
- **Upgrade Marketplace application**
- **Sync Marketplace**
- **Refresh Marketplace application cache**

\[7] **Select Task Status**

- **All**
- **New**
- **Running**
- **Success**
- **Error**

\[8] **Select Task Created From: **By default, this value is the current date.

\[9] **Select Task Created To**

# Task Details

Task Details provides additional information about a specific task by displaying the task's multiple sub-tasks and their respective details.

## Subtask Log

The subtask log displays messages related to a single sub-task. Any log message that appears here will also show up in the *System Events *tab of* Projects events* in [Events](docId\:MiVpFPy64c43wuqdLPlOO).
