You can generate a report summarizing license(s) statistics in CSV format via email or export.

# Before You Begin

Ensure you have at least one or more License SKUs.

**To generate a report:**

1. Click **Generate Report **button from the *Licenses Summary *pane. 
   From the drop-down menu, take the following actions:

   - **Email CSV:** 
     - Click **Email CSV** option to open the *Send Report *dialog box.
     - Enter the **email **addresses of the recipients and click **SEND**.

   - **Export CSV: **
     - Click **Export CSV** to download the report.
       The downloaded *CSV* will contain the following columns.
