| **Applications:**
- Marketplace applications now display a `Degraded` status to identify issues with running applications. Degraded status displays when an application is running and one or more containers have exited. |
| **Asset Management:**
- Dynamic attribute data types are now consistently stored and displayed in lowercase in the database and APIs. Existing models with inconsistent data type casing are automatically migrated. Backend validation now enforces correct data type values when saving models. |
| **Digital Twins:**
- Belden Horizon Data Manager now enforces the same Digital Twin model validation rules as Belden Horizon Data Operations and rejects models with whitespace in the model name, special characters in unit fields, or empty parameter values. This prevents deployment failures caused by models that pass Belden Horizon Data Manager validation but are rejected by Belden Horizon Data Operations. |

- Fixed issue where the Application Details page displayed a `"Failed to load release list"` error when at least one release of the application did not have a submission date.
- Fixed issue where private variables were visible in the UI when an application launched. Private integer variables are now masked. |

- Fixed issue where a new model update could not be applied from Belden Horizon Data Manager to a Belden Horizon Data Operations device even though an older version of the model was deployed on the device. |

- Fixed issue where all fields were considered mandatory even though only Model Name and Attribute Name are required when importing dynamic attributes through a CSV file. |
| **Projects:**
- Fixed issue where the Project Credentials and Project Settings pages displayed a `"Could not parse certificate"` error if the CA certificate failed to load at service startup. The certificate is now fetched again and a service restart is not required. |
| **Edge Devices:**
- Fixed issue where deprovisioning an edge device failed with an internal error caused by duplicate license records. Duplicate records are now cleaned up automatically.
- Fixed edge device provisioning failure that required a Belden Horizon Data Manager restart due to stale API token validation after device deactivation and factory reset cycles.
- Fixed issue where a backup from Belden Horizon Data Operations to Belden Horizon Data Manager failed with a `409 couldn't upload backup: couldn't get upload URL: unexpected response` error.
- Fixed backup failures after Belden Horizon Data Manager upgrade caused by Vault raft startup timing issue.
- Fixed issue where an SSL certificate error occurred and `permission denied` message displayed when attempting to activate an edge device. |

- Fixed issue with Git Integration where temporary directories were not cleaned up which caused high disk usage.
- Fixed issue where Azure Entra ID SSO failed with a `Restart login cookie not found. It may have expired; it may have been deleted or cookies are disabled in your browser` error. This occurred after upgrading Belden Horizon Data Manager from version 2.26.1 to v2.31.1.
- Fixed issue where upgrading Belden Horizon Data Manager directly from version 2.16.7 to 2.31.1 could fail with a `Failed to stop lem-admin-healthcheck.timer: Unit lem-admin-healthcheck.timer not loaded` error.
- Fixed issue where Belden Horizon Data Manager became stuck in the initializing state.
