The Activation module allows you to provision a connection between an edge device and Belden Horizon Data Manager.

When you select **Activation** from the Navigation panel, the **Configuration** and **Requests** sub-modules appear. You can perform activation provision (zerotouch) for an edge device from these sub-modules.

When you add an activation configuration from the Activation Configuration pane you can create an activation code, and make selections for edge devices that use the activation code from Belden Horizon Data Manager.

The Activation Request List pane allow you to approve, reject or delete an activation configuration from Belden Horizon Data Manager.
